At Madam Lust, I want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If a piece doesn't quite match your vibe, or if it arrives in anything less than pristine condition, I am here to help.

My 14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the exact date your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to request a return or report an issue.

The Hygiene Seal (For "Change of Mind" Returns) For the health and safety of all my customers, every piece of Madam Lust earrings is sealed in a clear, transparent bag with a tamper-proof hologram sticker. Because the bag is totally clear, you can easily inspect the design, color, and size before opening it.

If you decide the design isn't for you, I am happy to accept a return for a refund under the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be securely inside its original clear bag.
  • The tamper-proof hologram sticker must be completely intact and unbroken.
  • If the hologram sticker has been peeled, torn, or altered in any way, the item is legally considered worn and is strictly non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items I meticulously inspect every piece before shipping, but I know that things can happen in transit. If you open your hygiene seal and discover that your jewelry is structurally damaged, defective, or the clasp is broken, I have you covered.

  • You must report the defect to me within the same 14-day delivery window.
  • Please include clear photos of the defect and your order number in your email.
  • Once verified, I will gladly offer a free replacement (inventory permitting) or a full refund.
  • Note: Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or storage after delivery, does not qualify as a defect.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return or report a defect, please email my support team at [email protected] with your Order Number in the subject line. If your return is approved, I will provide you with a pre-paid, free USPS return shipping label straight to your email along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Item must be returned within 14 days from the date of return approval. Madam Lust covers 100% of the return shipping costs—there are zero return shipping fees or restocking fees for my Muses.

Refund Processing Once I receive and inspect your returned item to ensure the hologram seal is intact (or to verify the defect), I will process your refund. The funds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
