At Madam Lust, we believe the luxury experience shouldn't end at checkout. That is why we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time To ensure your jewelry arrives in pristine condition, every piece is meticulously inspected and packaged by hand before it leaves our studio.
- Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
- Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to our trusted shipping carriers.
- Standard Shipping: FREE (Estimated 3-5 business days in transit)
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional calculated rate if you need your jewelry sooner.
Order Tracking As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking portal to update with active transit information.
Checking Your Order Status You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the "View Your Order" button in your original confirmation email, or by logging into your Madam Lust account on our website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging your jewelry securely. However, Madam Lust is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been scanned and handed over to the postal carrier.
- If your package is marked as "Delivered" but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
- If your jewelry arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or transit issue, please reach out to us immediately so we can make it right.
International Shipping At this time, Madam Lust exclusively ships within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping destinations to international customers in the future!
